Where we turn up

Good for a crowd standing outside

The trailer suits casual service where people come to you rather than sit down. Outdoor venues and river-adjacent spaces are our natural habitat.

Festivals & markets

Public events where a line needs to keep moving. We build the menu for speed without dropping the quality.

Block parties & gatherings

Neighbourhood get-togethers and community events. Casual service, everyone eats, nobody's stuck in a kitchen.

Weddings & celebrations

Late-night sandwiches, rehearsal dinners, receptions that want something warmer than a buffet line.

Private & corporate

Company lunches, appreciation days and private parties, on your site rather than in a function room.

Booking the trailer

How a booking comes together

Reach out early. Weekends in summer go first, and we'd rather tell you yes than have to turn you down.

Send us the date

Date, location and rough headcount. We'll come straight back on whether the trailer is free.

We shape the menu

A short, fast menu built around your crowd. We'll suggest what works and price it out for you.

Check the site

We go over parking, access and what's available on site so nothing surprises either of us on the day.

We roll in

We arrive with time to set up, serve your guests, and pack out clean when you're done.

What we need to know

A trailer needs somewhere to park and room to work. Answering these in your first message saves a round of back-and-forth.

About the event

The basics that tell us whether the date works and what to bring.

  • Event date and the hours you need us serving
  • Expected headcount, and whether it's a full meal or a snack
  • Whether it's a public event or a private one
  • Any allergies or dietary needs to plan around

About the site

Where we'd be parked and what's available once we're there.

  • The address, and roughly where we'd be parked
  • Whether the ground is level and firm enough to tow onto
  • How close we can get, and any gate widths or low branches in the way
  • Whether power and water are available on site

On the menu

The same food, on wheels.

We build a short menu for each event rather than hauling the whole shop out. Fewer items means faster service and food that comes off the grill hot.

Port Boys are the backbone — house-sliced and braised meats on artisan ciabatta. Add sides, a cold option and something for the kids, and most crowds are covered. Tell us who's coming and we'll shape it from there.

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts in a shared space using shared equipment, so we can't guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. Flag severe allergies when you book.
