Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of sonsdeliandcatering.com and any orders, catering or food trailer services you arrange with Son's Deli & Catering. By using this site or arranging service with us, you agree to them.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Son's Deli & Catering operates a deli and sandwich shop at 110 3rd St. N, Bayport, MN 55003, along with catering and a mobile food trailer serving Bayport and the St. Croix Valley. You can reach us at (651) 983-3665 or [email protected].

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that damages, disables or overburdens it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy content without our permission
• Post or transmit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, without notice, including for maintenance.

Online ordering and pickup

Online orders are placed through a third-party ordering platform at our ordering page. That platform handles the order and the payment under its own terms and privacy policy.

• Orders are subject to availability and to our operating hours.
• Pickup times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
• Prices displayed on the ordering platform may include platform fees and may differ from prices posted in the shop.
• We may need to cancel or adjust an order if an item runs out. We will contact you if that happens.

If something is wrong with your order, call us the same day and we will make it right.

Catering and the food trailer

Catering and food trailer bookings are arranged directly with us, not through the online ordering platform. A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it to you in writing.

• Quotes are based on the headcount, menu and date you give us, and may change if those change.
• We ask for as much notice as you can give so we can source ingredients and prepare food fresh.
• Deposit and cancellation terms are set out in your written quote or booking confirmation.
• Food trailer bookings depend on availability, site access, and whether power and water are available where you need us.

Once food has been delivered or served, it is your responsibility to store and handle it safely.

Menu, pricing and availability

Menu items, prices and hours shown on this site are for general information and may change without notice. The prices and availability shown on our ordering platform or posted in the shop are the ones that apply.

We try to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, price or photograph is complete, current or error-free.

Food allergies and dietary information

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts. We prepare food in a shared space using shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact with an allergen.

Items described as gluten friendly are prepared without gluten-containing ingredients but are not made in a certified gluten-free environment.

If you or a guest has a food allergy or dietary restriction, tell us before you order so we can help you choose. Ordering is at your own risk where a severe allergy is involved.

The content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Son's Deli name and marks — belongs to Son's Deli & Catering or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

This site links to third-party services, including our ordering platform, Google Maps and our social media pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Son's Deli & Catering and its owners and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to an order or booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Son's Deli & Catering, its owners and staff from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Minnesota, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. These terms were last updated on August 5, 2026. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
